Did you know?

At 75ºC/107ºF degrees, the cells in the human body start to die, and the organs begin to shut down. The proteins in your cells start to harden, and there is no way to reverse this process.

This is why thermometers only go up to 75ºC/107ºF degrees, as a roasted human has no need to check the temperature past that.

Neat, huh?
